Mr. Barton Caprario ~ Development and Investment Advisor
Mr. Barton Caprario has over 35 years of property management and leasing experience. He has managed apartments, condominiums and shopping centers in the Delaware Valley and has been actively involved in Philadelphia real estate since 1981. Mr. Caprario is a licensed real estate broker in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and New York. He is a CSM (Certified Shopping Center Manager), a designation conferred by the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC); has served as Director, Vice President, and Treasurer to the New Jersey Council of the Multi-Housing Industry (MHI). He has served as Treasurer of Kings Croft Condominium Association and has completed all of the courses for CPM designation (Certified Property Manager). Mr. Caprario, as Broker of Record, oversees all activities performed by New Age Realty and is active in sales and development operations within New Age Realty.
Mrs. Diane Caprario ~ Client Relations/Leasing Manager
Mrs. Diane Caprario has over 20 years of property management, leasing, and real estate bookkeeping experience. She has actively leased and managed Philadelphia real estate since 1986. Mrs. Caprario is a licensed PA Salesperson and directly supervises our leasing department.
Christos Tzimoulis ~ General Manager/Investment Sales/Client Relations
Mr. Christos Tzimoulis has over ten years of property management experience in the Philadelphia Metropolitan area. He has an engineering degree and a Master's degree in business management from Drexel University. Mr. Tzimoulis is a licensed PA Salesperson and directly supervises our property management and tenant relations departments. In addition, Mr. Tzimoulis coordinates with the Leasing department and assists Mr. Caprario with Sales and Development projects.
Mr. Michael Vizzoca ~ Property Manager/Tenant Relations/Bookkeeper
Mr. Michael Vizzoca has a business administration degree with concentrations in finance and marketing from Drexel University. He has over 4 years of property management and booking experience. He oversees the maintenance and bookkeeping departments.
Ms. Karissa Meyers ~ Leasing Agent
Ms. Karissa Meyers has over 3 years of Leasing experience. She has a music industry degree with concentrations in business and law from Drexel University. She is also a licensed PA Salesperson.
Mr. Hansen Tjandra ~ Bookkeeping Assistant
Mr. Hansen Tjandra has over 3 years of bookkeeping experience.
