In addition to our Leasing and Property Management Services, New Age Realty Group also offers Sales services to our Clients and to all those who are interested in getting involved in real estate. We specialize in the brokerage of investment-type real estate; that is, real estate that generates income. Even though we specialize in investment-type real estate, we are also involved in the sales of all other types of real estate, including commercial and residential. The properties that we typically work with are residential, multi-family investment properties. We sell this type of real estate all of the time and we have a fairly extensive list of clients who are always looking for this type of real estate to purchase.
